Manchester is Yellow: Rebirth of Manchester Storm
The Manchester Storm are back. What was once a great franchise in England's top division of hockey fell apart in the early 2000s. However, after 13 years, the Manchester Storm are back, and theyre ready to get back at it.
The Storm are moving into the brand new Storm Shelter, a nice small arena that holds 3000 people (good size for England). After a good career in the NHL, American Andrew Pearson has taken control of the new Manchester franchise and is excited to get the Storm back to where they used to be.
After 4 games, the Storm sit at 1-1-2. Not bad for a brand new team. Their last game was against title contenders Nottingham Panthers and the Storm took them all the way to a shootout before sadly falling. The Shelter was packed with 2200 hopefuls and all made a great atmosphere for the Storm!
