Online Co-op franchise??

Hey guys. I was wondering if there's anyway my buddy and I can play on the same team in a franchise? Not couch coop but me on my xbox and him on his xbox. Considering you can play vs eachother, i was hoping there a work around way to play on the same team, maybe by moving the controllers over to the same side pregame? Anyone have any idea? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't believe there is a way to do this in an Online MyLeague.

I think it may work using the PS4 Shareplay feature, but I'm not sure if there is something similar thru Xbox.

PS4 SharePlay is the only way I can think of that would allow you to do this.

If you two want to play on the same team on XBox One, All Star Team Up, Pro Am, and MyPark are options.
