MLB 15 the Show's gameplay is second to none so I give it the nod over PES 2016.

The Show, PES, and (gasp) Madden are my top three. I'm voting PES off the island due to the horrible goalies. Giving the nod to The Show by a small amount. Probably more personal than anything..more into baseball than football.

The Show has been my annual winner (except for the year of 2K11). But this year I have to go with Madden 16. They deserve lot's of praise for making a true next gen football title a success. Nothing on the previous systems with football (and that includes APF for me personally) (PS3/360) ever sniffed the praise I am giving Madden 16 for it's on the field gameplay.
