2K and some horrid customer support
I openly admit I am not the most tech savvy cat in the world so when I couldn't upload pictures at the NBA 2K I contacted the customer service. After I hit upload pictures, choose Xbox one and entered my Microsoft info it would just stick on a screen with a black and red court in the background.... Sometimes saying NBA 2K loading but mostly not. So I got a response and I tried what they said... No result, next suggestion and so on.... For weeks.
I have disabled add ons, switched browsers, reset routers, tried different WiFis , tried three different devices and so on... No luck. Eventually they started repeating themselves with my frustration growing and growing.
Then this....

I am not one to start slinging demonstrative threats but damn...
That's horrible customer support.
