As we all know live 16 is an okay game after couple patches but for the most it a huge disappointment in many eyes including mines from not including edit player to no roster editing options and lack of dynasty support among many other things ....I'm huge fan of the series since Sega Genesis days so I would like to see what the community think are key things missing from the game that should be including in future titles

Gameplay
*REVAMPED SHOOTING ANIMATIONS /SIG SHOTS ANIMATIONS
-I think they need to revamp shooting animations I like what they did this year with meter what I don't like is the lack of realism when shooting in this game ..... They need to re shoot player signature shots some are spot on but it's lacking depth there are not enough in the game really need to add more

-They need to also add Different Shot forms ie Contested,Quick,Late all should be tied into the meter
-Pull Dribble shot , Fades, Post Shots, should be included sig shots captured
-Fix follow through add signature follow through on jumpers ie some guys like to keep 1 hand up after shot things like that

*ADD MORE TRUE PLAYER PHYSICS INTERACTIONS and ANIMATIONS
Build on what they have need to add more so we can loose ball Fouls and over back or even proper In Air Collison Animations that look and Feel life like

*Body Scan and Player Model Overhaul
Simply not only scan players faces also scan body type or allow us to edit them in Edit player mode

Tips: Fix every bug that has remained in the game time last three years. Including the tip going to the pg, late game ai, and several other issues. The sad part is even after they do all these things, there is absolutely no depth to franchise mode, there is no online franchise. And there are several other flaws that put them way far behind. Even after they fix all of the flaws they should have fixed 3 years ago, they will still be too far behind to compete. I love and be a live, & I want them to come back and be successful. But each time they have came out with the game, they took two steps forward and one step back. While the competition was taking two steps forward each release. Of course the other game has flaws. I much prefer NBA Live gameplay when it is at its best. But the lack of support and countless issues make it really tough to stick around

How about more camera angles?? It's time for EA to bring it. Don't want Live 17 to be released and we are talking about things that need to be in Live 18. No more excuses

The real key is the game is functional...

They cannot go on releasing a game with modes that simoly do not work...rewind/ big moments do not work this season...plus broken late game AI....Nowhere near enough animations for a next gen game...

This is EA and the product needs to professional...this is not a budget release or an indy game...it is is a full lriced game from one of the biggest companies in the world and needs to reflect that.....

At the moment, the past three releases have really been 40- 60% functional betas. That is the brutally honest truth.

It is time they delivered.

A game that works.

Post moves.

Editing.

Tendencies that work day one...not two months after synergy kicks in and most people have given up already.

I know a lot of people wont want to admit it but this game honestly needs to skip a year to bring animations, modes, roster editing etc up to the level either on par or better than 2k. Releasing yearly obviously isn't enough time for them seeing as though last gen animations are being used and modes etc lacking considerably. I look forward to the day this game is good enough for me to buy day one

Sorry but the body type scanning sounds like someone who has ready what the other game promoted.

Live has not only been doing that BEFORE the other game but has body types much more realistic already.

It's obvious the game needs major work on animations. After that it's customisation as others have said.

I think live really just need to focus on improving the already implemented mechanics and also add a little more dynamic post game next year. Animation wise i really dont think it needs to much more added. mabey in the post. I think adding all those animations slows the players down and then you will start hearing the same gripes over there at 2k. Live was always a arcadey more casual type experience. I think it should stay that way.

Animations and gameplay. We are entering the 4th iteration of the comeback of this franchise as well as the 4th iteration on these new consoles. Its time for the game to take that next step.
