2016 All Star Game

Events in February, but the voting for the ASG begins today.

http://www.nba.com/2015/news/12/10/2...s=iref:nbahpts

You can vote from NBA.com,NBA App,twitter, facebook, instagram, text and even google search. You can only vote 1 time per day(and up to 10 diff players per day), per platform. Vote for 2 guards and 2 front court players.

Kobe is for sure gonna be voted in with it being his final season. Whether or not he actually goes will be a diff question, though they'll prob give him the Jeter/Rivera treatment that MLB did for those guys.

My BIASED East vote:
Lowry,DeRozan
Carroll,Scola,JV

My real vote:

Re: 2016 All Star Game

Blake definitely deserves a spot. To me Westbrook is easily in over Harden. Harden's numbers are good again this year but he went back to his half assed effort play and bull**** shot attempts.

I think the starters should be:

West: Curry, Westbrook, Durant, Blake, Davis

East: Wall, Lowry, PG, LeBron, Drummond

That's who I think deserves it anyway. I'm sure Kobe will start and leaving Blake out was difficult, I'd actually have him and Cousins ahead of Davis.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a rookie on either squad, with Towns and Porzingis on each side.

Speaking of rookies,I wouldn't be surprised if that rising stars format from last year ends up happening again. USA vs the World. Especially with the event outside of USA, fans gonna be cheering on the world team.

World team:
C-Jokic,Porzingis(I know he's a PF,but a C for this game due to no C depth)
F-Mirotic,Bogdanovic,Ingles,Hezonja,Bjelica
G-Wiggins,Stauskas,Neto,Mudiay

USA Team:
C-Noel,Okafor,Towns,Cauley-Stein
F-Randle,Parker,Grant
G-Payton,Clarkson,LaVine,Russell

Re: 2016 All Star Game

I hope either (or both) of Hayward or Favors make it, but I doubt it, with it being a popularity contest and all.

Rudy would have a chance with the international votes and his rising stock but him being injured until January isn't helping.

They would have to make it as starters though to be voted in. And not that they haven't played good but there are more worthy starters. I mean Hayward is up against Durant, Kawhi, Harden, Westbrook. And Favors against Blake, Davis, Cousins, etc..

I wouldn't be against coaches voting in Hayward or Favors for bench spots though. I doubt Gobert has much of a shot since picking a true center isn't really an obligation.

Kawhi should start for the West no doubt.
