Looking for an Online Dynasty

Will soon be looking for an Online Dynasty. At the latest in 5 weeks at the earliest Saturday morning. I like having a good structure and rules. However, being what they call in the coaching world an "extremist". I like to run simple and off the wall offensive schemes. So I am hoping there is a dynasty out there for me in the future.
