Formula for relocation success

I'm trying to relocate the Minnesota Timberwolves, in my first season I tried but it was denied due to the facility rating. So I want to try again but I'm struggling to even get a five star rating, I only have $7.84million, so is there a way to increase that money or is there a secret formula to get the rating up?

Well that is disappointing...has anyone had success? If so please let us know because it sounds like a lot of people are facing this problem. I just thought I was missing something.

Maybe it was just dumb luck but I moved lakers to seattle on my first attempt

Go start a MyLeague. Sucks if you really want the conversations and negotiation stuff, but you can switch up court, jersey, and relocate at will. You could move the kings to Seattle on Monday, and then be playing as the Rochester Royals on Thursday.

I moved bucks to st Luis on first try but I also waited until my faculties were rated 10/10 around like year 3

Might sound dumb but how did you get them 10/10 every year my design resets and im still stuck with only 7millionish

I have the same question, I'm in my second year and I think the highest I have seen is like 3.5/10 stars
