Please help me decide... Oakland or LA?!

I just started a new Raiders CFM and I noticed their stadium is in disrepair. Are there any special field graphics I lose out on if I relocate to L.A. (Like raider nation crowd people...)

If so, I won't do it. I kind of want to keep the team in Oakland but I don't know the best option to get the most out of the Coliseum with such low ratings.
