I'm absolutely bored of Play Now Online

Games feel too scripted. Instead of the 3rd quarter comeback cheese, the game just keeps shifting momentum from the player who is up to the player who is down. Sure, this happens in the NBA. However, if I know my opponent is garbage (and 2k thinks we can't tell) then let us blow them out in the 1st or 2nd quarter so we can move on to the opponent. Playing on-line has always been about testing skills, not scripts.

tl;dr: what's the point of getting good at 2k if they are gonna punish you for it and reward you for sucking?

Lol, don't play online.

It's a cess pit of the lowest of the low of gamers.

If you're gonna do it, make sure it's against someone you know is a legit baller or don't bother.

There's no fun in playing sim ball, against someone who plays like a desperate child just looking for a win by any means possible. Sucks the life out of the game and ruins the beauty of it.

In my opinion anyway.

Lol, I don't even mind the stuff I see. I know 2k players will cheese all the way to the W and believe in their skills. I just want players to move, shoot, react, etc. the same on both sides. Simply put, the better you are the harder you have to work for the win because of the CPU AI. You are playing on HOF and the other guy is still on rookie. By the end of the game you get the win, but you feel depleted, bored, annoyed and the other guy got an easy "fun" and "close" game by button mashing.

All they have to do to achieve the results they want is turn down steals for highly skilled players to 5 and lesser skilled players to 10. That pretty much solves everything.

Hate to say it but the more I play online the more broken the game feels. They completely dropped the ball from jersey selections, to over-powering defense. Playing with same colored jerseys is getting old now. And I'm tired of playing guys online, and regardless of skill levels and teams, everybody is a great shot blocker and every body has great shot blocking skills. To many cheesy bail out fouls, tip passes, and ridiculous ball tracking. U can manually control a defender and the game will take over and make u foul a guy when ur intentions is to play straight up defense. Its real annoying when u have the upper hand with the matchup(ex. Ur 7'1 center vs 6'1 pg). It's just way to many problems online to enjoy PvP.
