2k15 vs 2k16

So, give me a reason to not buy 2k16 and stick with 2k15.

I am a My League/GM type of guy. I don't really play online or My Player mode. I like that there are more historic teams this year. The graphics look pretty much the same and I enjoyed the heck out of 2k15.

I just want to know from the community if it's worth me shelling out 60 bucks for this years game.

They also added features to. MyLeague like being able to have target players Untouchable players/draft picks. Scanned shoes if you're a shoe guy.

There this thing where players ask and sign low contract. Like al horford signing for 3 years 27 million and Drummond signing for under 10 a year. If they fix that it's the best game ever.

Imo it's worth it.

in terms of Myleague and myGm - Progression/Regression is x1000 times better, young players now aren't all becoming 90+ with 90+ shooting and players who are stars but not superstars aren't becoming terrible by the time they are 33-34. Players peak and decline all at the same time.

The ability to be able to hire coaches from other teams, promote from within, lose coaches to other teams/positions adds a nice little detail

Sim stats feel seem to look much better than last year for fringe all-stars

The addition of advanced stats for teams is a nice addition as well

The ability to relocate franchises and upload your own custom logos adds a really nice touch to do whatever you want.

The only real issue I have with the mode is players don't sign for enough but that issue is being looked at by 2K.

In terms of game play, as much as people complain about the game there isn't much wrong with it. It feels much tighter and better paced than last years. The pick and roll on offense is improved and much easier too run imo. The free lance offense is awesome to run. Plays break less than last year.

The only real issue I have with the game is help defense don't always rotate or it over rotate leaving a guy wide open that shouldn't be open.

It was easily worth it to me but if your enjoying 2K15 that much maybe just wait for 2K16 too drop to like 30 around New Years and get it then

its more than worth it ...especially if you dont' play online. gameplay within the franchise is superb. and the graphics are not mostlly the same. the body scans and lighting are more than just an add on.

Re: 2k15 vs 2k16

MyLeague is light years ahead in 2k16...

But to be real, my gut is I like the gameplay better in 2k15. Just can't get in a rhythm in 2k16 yet. I'm hoping experience/patch helps this.

Mostly this is due to the ability to get by a man unless you "sniper" him with a move. The ability to get a step and ride a guy around the edge is basically gone for me in 2k16, and it's been a bummer.
