Realistic teams to move to Seattle?

Trying to decide on a team to move to Seattle for my MyLeague. I'll be posting in the NBA Dynasty Section, and I want it to be as realistic as possible. 30-team control will be on, so I'll be doing a bit of rebranding to each team, but what team would most likely move to Seattle?

I haven't kept up with it a lot, but I've heard the Kings, Bucks, the Jazz?, the Clippers?, the Nets?, the T-Wolves? Idk. What do you guys think would be the best team?

I decided to move the Jazz, but Bucks would probably be more realistic

Bucks are building a new arena in Milwaukee scheduled to open in 2017, so they aren't moving.

The only other team recently with a realistic chance of relocating was the Kings, but they have new ownership that is keeping them in Sacramento. The Jazz are very committed to SLC and given they're the only show in town I'm sure the city would never let them leave. It doesn't really look like there's any team that might move anytime soon. (Shame for Seattle, they never should've lost the Sonics, but I'd never wish relocation on any fanbase).

If I had to pick a team most likely to move, all things considered, I'd say it'd be the Grizzlies (again), but still that's unlikely.

Nets
NY already has a well established team and the owner is looking to sell.

Clippers
Most likely will happen imo, the owner (Ballmer) tried to buy the Sonics before they were moved to OKC in order to keep them in Seattle and he already tried to buy/relocate the Kings to Seattle.
Says he has no plans to move the team much like the new Sonics owner did right before relocating to OKC.

They just built that billion dollar Barclays Center in Brooklyn, I don't know the specifics but I'd guess the Nets probably have a lease of at least 15 years that will force them to stay there regardless of whether a new owner buys the team.

As far as the Clippers go, the NBA would never let a team move from LA to Seattle regardless of how many teams are in LA (just look at the NFL, there's gonna be THREE teams in LA in the next year or two).

I moved the Nets, personally, because Prokhorov was looking to sell (and the Knicks had New York, the Nets as a franchise has been poor overall, historically speaking, since they migrated from the ABA).

My advice is to just pick a team and put together a reason why. No one believed the Sonics had a shot of moving until it happened.
