Here is the 2K official roster update for 10/16/15 - NBA 2K16.

I used Horizon to zero out the device, profile and console ID #s.

i have a problem , new rookies have no head. white hands and white leg.
I think it needs online data to become playable. or did i do something wrong?

sorry - no idea on this. it's a roster save, and has no bearing on online data. are you using Horizon to rehash/resign/save the device, profile and console ID #s?

I have been transfering rosters since 2k13 like you said . I did exact same thing , dont know whats wrong...

I guess you need to apply the last title update to solve this.

It actually worked, all rookies have correct faces but roster you have provided still doesnt update clarkson's and galloway's faces as they still remain headless with white hands and legs. Maybe there is new title update available?
