How can you beat the MT Team...

Right now I'm 0/4, barely getting 700 VC in each loss. Can't run any kind of fast break, pick and roll works sometimes but not guaranteed, and they never miss on offense it feels like.

How can I beat them lol?

The lineup i'm currently using (starting) is: Irving, Jordan (81), Butler, Davis, DeAndre Jordan with a bench of Thompson, Wall, Connie Hawkins (87 OVR SF), Dirk, Rudy Gay, Mike Conley, and Kevin Love.

Any advice is appreciated!

Once you shoot 5 Three's stop shooting them, if you've made 2/3/4. You're only hurting yourself after that.


IF you don't get these bonuses, you will fail the 750+ MT challenges. ^

Also, run a 5 man lineup. Subs aren't needed for 6 minute Q's. If you manage your timeouts and stamina, no player in your starters should ever dip below 75 stamina. So keep your starters. Use DJ for PnR and Davis for PnP.

Pick and rolls are incredibly easy.

Call Iso, call for the pick from DJ, make the pass. Dunk.

Call Iso, call for pick/fade from Davis make the pass, jump shot.

Call Iso, Call for pick/fade for Klay, Make pass, 3pt.

Use your bball IQ. Is the shot open? Take it. If not? set up again.

repeat and switch up as needed.

As for defense, force fast possessions. Your offense will always be better than the CPU, so double or let them shoot. Rebounds are 6 MT.

Go for 15+ each Assists/Rebounds per half. 150 MT per Q. 650 by the end of the game will promise 1000+ MT.

Start Dirk instead of Davis. Then spam the Assist-Post Fadeaway on half court sets.

On defense, control Deandre Jordan and patrol the paint for blocks and rebounds.

Of course, you should definitely get the bonuses. 5 x 3 pts, 10 free throw.

I really think they should update scoring system for Domination games.
Just finished playing the Spurs and fell short by 18 points despite having a great game.

Look at your time of possession.... When I played, I averaged having the ball for 9-10 minutes per game. You need to shoot quicker instead of taking up most of the shot clock every time down. You need to score 85+ points

i find if you have a great game and are up by 15-20 in the 4th and you are still going to fall short you can just start fouling them. Put them on the line and when they are within say 12 they will full court press after. I will take a fast guard like westbrook and run with him to half court throw it to him and go for the dunk rinse and repeat. it can take some time but it definitely helps if you are down mt points. I generally have at least 150 mt pts per qt

Yeah, either that or play better D and generate more steals. Or switching to a rebounder every single time. I still dislike current system though, because it forces you to play certain way.

22 assists is not nearly enough. You should aim for 35-45. 150 MT per quarter.
