Looking for an absolute definitive answer

Game speed slider, does it A. change player speed, or B. Change clock speed? both, or neither? LOL, I have found mixed answers on REddit, here and elsewhere, I want to lower my possessions, I have my own personal slider set per usual, but I want to adjust this, just not sure which way, thanks in advance.

Re: Looking for an absolute definitive answer

Clock speed is not affected. It just makes everything move a little faster.

Changing the speed/quickness attribute sliders have similar effects.

Personally any change to game speed, I would recommend changing the above also the same to keep it balanced (including lateral quickness).

If they all differ too much, you can notice jerkiness or sluggish warping.

In the past it was both but I have not touched it on this years, turn it up and play a quick game and see for yourself.

Changes how fast the game is played - I have mine at 45 for CPU vs. CPU. Players move a tad slower meaning slightly less FGA and so forth

Re: Looking for an absolute definitive answer

It's almost negligible if it does. I've counted it with a stop watch live. Confirmed from my perspective that it doesn't tick the clock faster to anything even remotely noticeable.

Re: Looking for an absolute definitive answer

I play on 35 Game Speed, I can confirm the clock speed is also slower. I play on 35 because it helps with my overall game, animations look nicer, more time to make adjustments, its an overall better experience. Been doing it since 2K12.
