Can't hire an Assistant GM & Game crashes in MyGM

I fired my Assistant GM after staff hiring, and now I can't sign any other assistant GMs and the game crashes(if I attempt to sim) or freezes(where the assistant GM gives you advice) during the NBA Draft. When I attempt to sim past the draft without entering the draft it tells me I need to hire an assistant GM, but every assistant I attempt to hire tells me they are not interested(I have the budget to sign them).

Any help? Looks like I just broke MyGM

This happened to me. I had to try to hire every single person on the list. I had to hire someone with all fs. I had to restart the game and try it again. Just try to hire every single candidate. They need to just change this back to how it was in 15, painless. I shouldnt be penalized with the game breaking just because I fired someone. All of the glitches in the mygm mode don't make me feel very gm like when I can't fire and hire staff nor keep promises I actually kept.
