Is it possible to get a portrait for a CAP instead of the blacked out picture? Any way to put ur face in the game?

I do not think so, It would be nice idk why they cant do it how they do the draft classes? they have pictures

I created custom players using players that'd normally be cut and then disappear from CFM. Your players will then have a portrait.
