Has anyone experienced actual injuries yet?

Both playing regular games and playing in MyLeague I haven't had any actual injuries where a player doesn't get up and keep playing. I've only had a couple of times where a player will go down and while it looks like a serious injury, they just get back up and keep playing. Has anyone actually had a serious injury occur yet in a game, where the game had to be stopped?

I have just been playing practice games with the Euro teams so far as I get use to the game and wait for patches and roster updates, so I cant say what happens in My League or My GM, but I have seen players get injured in the games I have played. Nothing serious yet that Ive seen to where the player sits out the rest of the game, but they do get injured. That's with the default slider settings for injuries, so Im sure if I raised it or lowered durability Id probably see more serious injuries. Id say out of 17 games played I have seen probably 5 players have some type of minor injury in those game, so I think its improved from last year where default you never saw injuries.
