auction question

So I was going to sell a card to my buddy and for some reason he can't see the auction posted.

I know they blocked it so you can't see your own auctions but this guy lives clear across the country so I'm stumped as to why he can't see my auctions. We've tried multiple different cards and times just as a test and nothing shows.

Anyone have an educated guess as to what gives, or have you experienced this?

It takes roughly 10-15 minutes to appear. Give it some time then check.

Right , I knew that, Sorry I should have mentioned that it had been several hours and that other friends have been able to see the listings I've posted but he still can't.

Is it confirmed that the auction isn't universal this year? Seems what you see is limited by your location.
