Uploading logos through nba2k.com

Is anyone able to upload logos through www.nba2k.com/upload ? After I log-in with my steam account, I get 502 Bad Gateway. 2k Support hasn't been helpful at all. I have tried from 2 different locations(4 extra with VPN), at least six devices. It seems to be an issue with Steam log ins.

Any way to fix it? Anyone else has this problem?

If someone is able to upload through the given website, could you upload my pictures as well? Thanks!

Are you plain stupid? www.nba2k.com/upload is an internet page which you can access through any internet browser on your pc....
