I'm actually kind of confused as to how we get badges.. Is it the same way as last year?

I got the Primetime badge, not sure how, think its because I spoiled the Spurs playoff seeding with a big game in my rookie year. I didnt notice till my second year

How many years in? I reckon u wont manage these types till 2+ years into ur career when ur playing 82 reg season games and playoffs!
