Does anyone pre order MJ version 2K16 receive their pre-order bonus?

I pre-ordered NBA 2K16 Michael Jordan Edition PS4 version via Amazon. After I typed 12 digit code, I only got 30000 VC, there's 3 pre-order pack, no MJ

I have submitted a ticket on 2K support website, it's been a day and no response at all.
Have anyone in OS has the same situation?

I pre-ordered the standard version and did not receive the 35,000 VC

You go into Myteam and select rewards.

It takes a while for the stuff to appear. I played a full game and had to get myteam set up before my vc and stuff appeared.
