Did anybody receive them?

I got 3 packs....none of which contained an emarald card....only silver players

Emerald this year is not a colour unlike last year.
It means dynamic (ratings change in the year)

Could be you got silver players with dynamic ratings (I got 2 silvers and one bronze)
