nba 2k16 pre oreder download keep stopping

I pre ordered nba 2k16 on xbox one and the installation keeps stopping at 31%i uninstalled it 3 times and does the same any help ?

Try this if you're on Xbox One: Do a hard reset (hold down on the power button for roughly 10 secs until the Xbox One shuts down, then restart the console). I jumped from 31 % to 37 % in 5 min and and after an hour and a half the download was complete . I didn't even have to reinstall the game either like I was doing before I tried the hard reset. Hope this helps out.
