There are three that I know of...

-Playmakers Alumni Dynasty (greatest players from each school)
-Who's Number One (a nice collection of a school's top season, by year)
-1978 season

Playmaker obviously did the first, MetalCarl did the second (and I believe third).

Metallicarl also did a 1966 season roster.

Playmakers also has his 90s rosters he's working on.

Someone did a 1970s roster.

There is a "30 years of football" roster that covers 1982-2012. I think those are the years.

Not quite ready to post it yet, but I've been working on a set covering 1990 to the present day.
