NBA 2k16 Customization options

Is anyone else worried that these customization options we have especially with MyTeam will become a problem and not look like an NBA game??

Custom Courts & Jerseys: People will create ugly neon colors, crazy logos that will look silly, it won’t feel like an NBA game

Custom Balls: Chris Smoove mentioned in his last video that you could customize you home ball to look like a beach ball, leopard skin, and so on. Again it seems very goofy and will not feel like an NBA game

If everyone creates all this crazy stuff I f feel like it will take away from the NBA game feel. I could be wrong and would like to know what you hardcore NBA 2kfans feel??

I'd rather let creativity be prominent than not allowing it at all. That's how I see it. I don't care what other people's teams look like. I'll still enjoy the randomness of it.

As far as the ball goes, I think (hope?) the most likely variation we'd see is the old ABA ball.

I feel if you want the NBA feel then play with the NBA teams, myteam is a fantasy mode so having these kind of options just makes it more enjoyable for the user, and I don't play myteam at all but I can see where these additions would make it better for some.

True but appreciate the fact that you can even customize and be original. And I am sure the majority of the people that play 2K will really put their thought into their my team

I agree that it’s a cool way to be a unique team In a fantasy game mode.
If 2K could just put some restrictions on it, like the NBA does. No neon colors jerseys, courts, and logos. No themed basket balls looking like a beach ball or leopard skin.

Creativity is key. Will there be some vulgar courts possibly, yes. Is it worth it, 100000 times yes. Customization is huge and it's one of the best things 2k has ever put into one of there games

I'm very excited to see what crazy ideas people come up with and what kind of cool logo designs people make. I think every sports game should have those kind of customization options.
