"A Desync error has occurred" in Madden 16 connected franchise

when I'm trying to play a game vs another user in this year's Madden. I get that error. Any fixes? I googled and I find a lot of stuff from previous madden's..... reset everything on both ends, I'm a IT guy if that helps. Any help is appreciated.

Are you using a custom playbook? I think that's my issue. I can play h2h and draft champions no problem. But when I play cfm I get the same error. I also am lining up my settings as my opponents.

No clue what the fix is

actually my entire league does use custom playbooks I'll try tomorrow with normal ones and check

It's happened for me and yes I was using a custom book.

When I finish a game and return to the cfm menu my scores don't save. Is that de sync can too?
