I thought I was the only one who noticed this. I'm not quite sure why things like this keep popping up in the game.

Hey, btw does Earl have his face scanned? Drafted him on Draft Champions and he looked like a generic, then in play now he kinda looks like him, but not quite right. If it's a gen, then it's different from the one on DC.

This was brought up in the Generic Face Scan thread as well and I think the explanation was that there isn't a generic face scan with long hair like that so basically everyone is Clay Matthews. I've noticed more than a few guys with his face as well.

We unfortunately don't have a ton of options for guys with long hair. Also Earl Thomas is not a face scan.

How is this a "thing"? They should be able to scan in at least 80-90% of players, just travel to each team and setup their scanning booth. If not that, then manually edit the players in. All we really need is the front of their face to be correct, they are wearing helmets. Players without scanned heads don't need any helmetless cutscenes.

I just want to say, I enjoy sports games, and I am thankful that EA puts out a game every year. With that said, they need to remove the "it's in the game" motto they have. I enjoy the "little things" about sports. Like having the correct gear on players (Madden 16 still doesn't have proper player gear, even the shoes aren't correct, they should be multi team colors) or OCs/DCs (at least), a practice squad, formation subs, etc. in Franchise. Am I the only one that feels like it's mocking you, whenever an EA sports game would say it at the loading screen? Until, they actually use it as their standard for making a game, then they just need to drop it. Just my two cents.

Hey thanks for the conformation. That's what I thought, as puzzling as it may be, that probably the best FS in the game today (rated below Weddle from SD) doesn't have his face in the game.

Thanks Kane! I thought it was an error, but it is what it is apparently so I get it now and can now happily live with it til next year. :-)

Didn't know that Earl didn't have a scan. He should, of course! Still do-able?

But for Luke, I saw that too. Blond long hair instead of black/dark brown? Maybe he spent too much time at the beach.
