For people having the "First Career Homerun" glitch.
This glitch seems to happen when you transfer your save file from 14 over to 15.
I decided to rebuild my database on my PS4 and haven't seen the glitch happen since.
To rebuild the database you first turn off your ps4 then hold the power button until you hear a second beep. Then connect your controller with a usb cable and click on the rebuild database option.
It doesn't delete any data.
