game freezing

So this has happened twice in the last 3 days. After a game, I'm pushed out to the opening menu page. When I go into continue franchise, it loads with no options......only a spinning football in the background. I did a hard restart and I get the same result.


Anybody have an idea how to fix this?

The CFM "freeze" where you see a football and the notification pops up but it doesn't go back into the CFM menu? to ME, this is the best a "freeze" can possibly end up as. by that I mean...cancel out to dash, quit the game, and it saves the results. which is crazy, but Ill take it


the problem is when you get a freeze during the actual game, if you make it to that "right before CFM" screen....you are golden, just restart the game

I'm getting the same thing, I've completely reset my console 2xs now and it still doesn't load my CFM, it stops on football rotating screen and never loads.
Anyone know how to get CFM loaded back up?

I brought the problem up with Clint [Odenberg] on Twitter and he said it's one of the issues they're going to fix with the patch coming out. I've experienced it at least five times already- but as ajk49er said- just quit the game from the dashboard and reopen it.. all your stats is saved and you'll be ready to progress to the next week.

Yea this was my 2nd season doing this, bout 8 games in-exactly what yall are going through. Glad its getting addressed!

I know online it will save even if you get the rotating football freeze but do you know if it saves if you're doing an offline CFM?

I am having the same issue. I am hoping the patch will fix it whenever it comes out
