Which Madden bundle to buy?

The standard Madden XB1 bundle available most everywhere comes with the 1-year subscription to EA Access and a digital download of the game. Gamestop is offering their own bundle that includes Madden Deluxe (hard copy) and Madden 16 eguide but no EA Access.

Also if you're looking for a PS4 bundle Gamestop is also bundling Madden with the PS4 w/ Deluxe version and eguide.

I was thinking that at any point the hard copy of Madden is resalable where as a digital copy is not. Personally I'd rather have a 2nd controller in the bundle or a one year Xbox live subscription.
