Auto Sub sliders still not working in CFM

As much as I am loving this years game, I am sad to say that after hours of testing last night, auto subs still are not working appropriately in CFM.

I have already tweeted the Devs but if you are a CFM person like me please join in to let them know and maybe we will finally get this age old problem fixed.

For those who are not aware, in play now you can set players to sub in after a certain level of fatigue sets in. If you set it for In 90 out 80, depending on the fatigue slider, you may only get 3-4 runs in per back or routes per reciever. This slider is especially significant for those who would like to run RBBC or defensive line convoys. However, no matter what you do in CFM players will only go out once they hit "the red" which represents less than 50% fatigue. The only way to get players to sub in or out quicker is to raise or lower the fatigue slider. This was a problem on last gen and last years game and has been one for probably a decade. Let's see if we can do something to get it fixed.

That sucks, because they definitely work in Play Now which is where I tested it over the weekend.

What happened to all sliders are the same in every mode?

I can confirm auto subs don't work in CFM. It's a bummer since they said everything would be the same across all modes.

I set mimn to 60/80 like Millennium suggested and I've been getting auto subs. Sometimes I get the occasional red player, but not a team on yellows anymore. I notice my starting RB getting subbed the most.
I'm playing offline CFM, so maybe that's why?

I changed it in CFM also.

I dont know how hard this is to get fix it. On Play now it has been working since last year version. But CFM was not. Same happens this year.

Slightly related question: can you make formation subs in CFM that are saved throughout the season, or do you have to make the subs every game?

No. Same as last year.
