I really hope 2K takes defense seriously for this mode. The teams that dominate should be the teams that play the best defense. No more ridiculous 3pt shooting, zig zagging etc.

My goal is to become the greatest defender at the Pro-Am. I'm talking lockdown take your best player out of the game type defender. Like a shutdown corner. If done correctly, this mode will be soooo much fun. Imagine the level of scouting involved when trying to put together your team.

Scottie Pippen is my fav player and I will model my game around his.

Don't let us down 2K!

I know man . I'm an All around defense first guy . In myleague I draft and build around defense . I created my my player as a defense first guy. Even in fighting games I'm more defensive and technical lol we can only dream the pro am will award this

On the flip side, if defense is hard....maybe the defensive masters will be more valued hmmmmm. It will raise your stock if you can lock up while everyone else can't.

It might matter at first but eventually the majority of the people that play it will upgrade their rating high enough to the point of being unstoppable.

Every player being 99ovr is what kills the balance, they need to get rid of ratings in the MyPlayer online modes and come up with something similar to a perk system that online shooter use to balance their PvP online modes.
Having a 90+ ovr character is like having unlimited, instant access to every gun, gadget and perk in a shoot-em-up game.
