You can still download teambuilder teams in ncaa 13 and 14 because I did yesterday and today. Just didn't know if you could download teams in NCAA 12, 11, or 10.

I don't know where you are getting your info, but for 14 it's been working just fine. The site was off and on for a couple weeks, but everything seems normal now.

I was just on TeamBuilder and all years are available. The site is working normally now.
