My best guess/hope is they aren't going to release it until the game is released worldwide (which i believe is tomorrow).

According to the EA forums; which still were labeled Tiger Woods until the night before release; no one ever committed to a big day one/release announcement/update and official communication is still in the "to be announced sometime" category. There was even some implication that the preorder course will be free in Sept. is the BIG announcement that many expected for release. Needless to say, the natives are restless.
