What are IFF/CDF in red mc? whats good about editing them on 360/what can you do?

Also would nba 2k14 be good for making classic rosters/retro teams? This might affect be decision to go with 2k14 or 2k13 on my xbox red mc reditor

Iff files are only for PC, it all depends on which gameplay you like better 2k13 or 2k14, 2k13 you'll have Barkley to add to Suns but 2k14 you won't, I haven't played 2k13 so I couldn't tell you how that game plays.

the last update of the redmc was based on focused for the pc files of 2k15 for pc. for texture modding . I had been a modding tool for the art /structure iff files and cdf are more like sound bites and possible player animation nothing that can be done for console.
