Icon5 Rory McIlroy PGA Tour: 1080p @ 60 FPS on both consoles?

I posed this question in the EA Sports Tiger Woods PG Tour forum, since an officially Rory McIlroy PGA Tour forum doesn't exist yet, but I didn't get an answer, so I'll pose it here: will this game run at 1080p at a locked frame rate of 60 FPS on both consoles? If not, what are the resolutions and frame rate ranges of each?

I've googled, binged, yahooed and forumed every avenue I could think of and came up with nothing more than what the PS4 version's video output options are (720p, 1080i, and 1080p), which of course tells you nothing about the game's "native" resolution and I've come up with a big goose egg. Gamers who've followed Frosbite 3's path so far are *speculating* that it will be 720p @60 FPS on the XB1 and 900p @60 FPS on the PS4. Many of the screenshots I've seen look more like 1080p, but then again, I thought the You Tube gameplay video that was posted earlier this week looked good at 720p.

If nothing else, I figured the well connected staff here at OS would be able to track this information down and report it

Add one more channel to the list... Twitter. I Tweeted this question to EASPORTSGOLF on Twitter and they've answered tweets before and after mine, but are silent on mine. I understand that they might be muzzled on answering questions like this, but at least tell me you can't comment on it at this time... (sigh)

I guess I'm likely ok no matter what if it's at least 720p and *always* 60fps.

Would like more of course, but FPS is the king for me.

Knowing what I now know, if I had to bet, my money would be 720p and greater than 40 FPS (I have doubts about a locked 60 FPS in the variety of environments this game will present) on the XB1, and 900p @>40 FPS on the PS4. Really though, I don't have enough data to even call that a SWAG.

I've asked a few people. If I get anything official I'll post it.

I'm inclined to agree with you Chairman; it's now obvious that EA Sports has avoided comment on this and overlooks questions about it. Sooner or later they're going to have to face the music on it, but I'd wager that won't happen until release day, or later.

I'm curious, what would you rather have with this game, 1080p @ 30 FPS, 900p @ 40 FPS, or 720p @ 60 FPS? With Unity 4, I'd rather go 1080p @ 30 FPS, but with Frostbite 3, I think I'd rather go 900P @ 40 FPS. There's a huge difference, IMO, in the way The Golf Club feels (especially for putting) at 40 FPS, versus 30 FPS.
