Any rookie rosters for PC?

So after watching the NBA draft yesterday I really want to go in myGM and kind of play out of these guys' careers, especially try to make something with that crazy Philly situation, and I saw here that there are rosters for that for Xbone and PS4. However, I didn't see one for PC and I apologize if i just somehow missed it, but does anyone know of one either in the works or up somewhere that I could download? Thanks!

Maybe not an ideal solution but if you do MyLeague with 30 team control you can do the draft as you so desire than after the draft automate actions for every other team but Philly.
