We are using a custom updated Operation Sports Roster File.
I have gone through and made sure each teams top 10 prospects (according to baseball prospectus) are in the game and accurately rated. This is on top of all The minor leaguers that Operation Sports has added to the rosters.
All top 10 prospects have at least a B potential (most lower 80s, 80-83) to ensure everyone has a decent farm.
Prospect stats where adjusted to reflect their body of work in the minors, and to make sure most (sans 18 year olds) will be able to contribute to your major league club within 1-2 seasons.
If you have any other ratings issues you would like addresses feel free to DM before the league starts so we can have the most accurate rosters possible

Respect you opponent
No Quitting
No stealing up 5 or more after the 6th
No Excessive Drag Bunting
No playing people out of position, unless deep into extra inning game, or it is their real secondary position as determined by the game
No quick pitching, please wait at least 1 full second after getting the ball back to select and start you pitching process, this is why we have guys excessively pausing
MUST USE 5 MAN ROTATION
To enforce the 5 man rotation rule, your starting pitchers will be on a 9 game Start limit for the regular season (they should only have 8, 40/5 =8). If any starter reaches 10 starts they will be suspended through the LCS.
- Please be realistic with your pitching. I don't care what pitches you use just don't be consistently 1 foot out of the strike zone trying to fool your hitting impaired opponents.
- NO THROWING RUNNERS OUT AT FIRST FROM THE OUTFIELD (Unless they have improperly tagged up and you are trying to force them out)
-There will be an Amateur draft held on the weekend after each season has concluded (We will vote on a time that suits people best)
-Please send complaints, concerns, or suggestions to your Commish's and Administrators
- During last 2 weeks of season, failure to show up to show up to a scheduled game within 30 minutes will be an automatic loss. (Screenshot proof needed)
Message you opponents through the DM feature
-Do not play against the CPU unless okayed by a Trade Board member, failure to do so will result in a sim loss
Penalties:
1st offense of major rule = Warning
2nd offense of major rule = 1 game forfeit against the player you committed violation against (if no future game available the player will have the choice of either taking 1 free win the following season or having game overturned)
3rd offense of major rule = 3 game forfeit with trade board considering the games forfeited
4th offense of major rule = booted from the league
Offense level reduced by 1 for offending player with the start of each new season
Disconnection Rules:
If ever Disconnected with greater than 6 run differential (leading team gets the win)
If disconnected with run differential of 4 or more after the start of the 7th inning (leading team gets the win*)
*Unless the the tying run is on deck
All other disconnections are reset and replay

4 Team Trades per season
