HELP! No Commentary during RTTS?

So throughout my Road to the Show series I have no commentary. None at the start, during big replays and for the spotlights. I have tried several things and nothing is working. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and they can help me?

There is an option to turn that on and off. It's under Options > User Settings > Mode-Specific Options > RttS Presentation Style

I have it set to broadcast mode and still no commentary and I am actually in the Majors??

During my Road to the show, I have commentary. However, I do run into instances where the commentary temporarily cuts out. For example if I hit a foul ball, the commentary will abruptly stop for a few plays and then continue a few pitches later, ironically, sometime when I hit another foul ball. This does not happen all of the time, but maybe once every 3 to 4 games.

Like when I play it you normally have a intro commentary when the teams and there win/loss records come up! I don't have that and through player spotlights there is no commentary. It just makes those little bits of my videos suck and I just wanna try fix it!
