Franchise file based on the OSFM roster?

I have been playing the MLB The Show games for a couple of years now, and I have been enjoying the OSFM rosters a lot since I first started a franchise with the guys in the minors coming up through the system. Almost every year some guy in here made a franchise file which was possible to download and copy over to the PS and jump right in to opening day, without having to worry about adding guys after spring training and so on. The file had guys which was on the DL IRL added to the DL and pretty realistic dates in which they returned. It also had all the guys that was on the 40-man roster added in there.

My question is if this is possible on the PS4, and if something like this will ever be made?
