PS3 Coach mode dynasty

I'm going to be starting a coach mode only dynasty. Anyone interested can pm me there username or jus post it here. I'd like to setup this dynasty following a promotion/relegation system. Put simply, you win your conference you get moved up to a harder conference with better teams, you place last in your conference and you get relegated to an easier conference with worse teams. Obviously with that setup it'd make more sense for everyone to start at small schools and work their way up, but if someone would prefer to start out at a big school I'm not opposed to that either. Just drop your username and your opinion on the promotion/relegation idea.
