How to advance individual base runners? Example... Man on first and third, how do I advanced the runner on first to second base.

You choose a base runner with the left stick and advance him to the desired base with one of the buttons.

In your example and on PS4 Controller: -> on left stick, followed by triangle for 2nd.

As far as I recall, after you select the runner you'll see a running orange circle around him on the bases view.

I changed my base running interface to classic. you press the button of the base they're on and then use the D pad to direct them. or you can use L1 and R1 to advance/send all runners back. the default settings are awful imo.
