Today I noticed that when pitching, right when I select my pitch, the grass in front of the pitcher pops from high resolution to low resolution. Did the new patch cause this? If so how can I delete the new patch? it only does this in pitcher view and is very annoying.

Been like that since the game came out. Its not that big of a deal.

I recall them saying that it's an LOD issue and it will not be fixed this year.

The game has some LOD issues that hopefully get ironed out next year.

The biggest issue regarding this to me is the crowd. Ever hit a home run and see waves got though the crowd as they switch to higher detailed models as the camera closes in? The crowd looks good in the game, but only if the camera is still. Once you start moving the LOD changes are very noticeable.
