XB1 Disc Version of TGC

I have heard that the visual aspect of TGC on XB1 is not quite up to par with PS4. Is this the downloadable version only, or is it also the disc version?

Just asking because I have the game for PS4, but am looking to get it for XB1 to play with a few friends.

They are currently both the same. The update delayed until the 21st now is supposed to give the Xbox version 900p as a standard resolution. I got tired of waiting for the upgrade in visuals after 6+ months of my eyes bleeding and went back to the PS4 version for good. I think the Unity engine was a poor choice of engines for this game as it is a pain to optimize on both consoles. I hope the Xbox update gives users a better experience than what they have now as it is a night and day difference between the two. Now HBS needs to start working on some PS4 optimizing.....
