I have some MT saved up to get him but I have heard mixed results since the patch. I was just hoping some of you would have some impressions.

He's really good at attacking the rim, he gets a ton of dunk animations and nice layups animations.
He has a straight forward release that's easy to time. He's consistent from 3 spot up or off the dribble. Good mid range game.
I used all the top PGs you can buy except from ONXY CP3, and D Rose is defiantly top 3 PGs.
I played a RTTP game and tried to spam D Rose and he scored my first 18 pts. Overall he's a really fun card to use. If you have the MT pick him up.

To be honest he's the exact same as the gold one post patch, he misses when hes wide open at times and its frustrating but hes good going to the rim and has good animations. He even looks the exact same as gold Rose. Save your MT

Kinda been wanting to buy him too... But Diamond Lillard is just too good

I have Diamond Dame as well but I want a little bit more defense and passing while keeping crazy athleticism at PG.

I had him pre-patch and it was ehh, especially when lebron PGs were at their peak. Now that they've released more great sub 6'6" PGs, regular PG matchups are a little more common. So, I decided to get him again last night. After about 7+ RTTP games with him, I'm stoked on him. He's just absolutely nasty. He could drop 20+ per quarter no problem, but his passing is awesome, dunk and naaaasty layup animations on point, and1s for days, drive and kicks. The man does it all, and at 6'3" with 80-90 def attribute grades he's not a terrible matchup problem, considering the offense he sparks on an every-possession basis. He's far better than gold Rose.

I just recommend having a Magic, Big O, Penny or any other tall PG on hand to D up those larger dudes in the PG spot.

He's fire though. Oh yes.

I am going to try and get Onyx Big O tomorrow as well. If I don't have enough MT left after Rose I have the sapphire version of the Big O and Penny.
