Michigan's due for a good bit of news every once in a while; got it today, Beilein lands 5* SG Tyus Battle out of New Jersey.

Gibbs is the next savvy combo guard to carry Notre Dame to unlikely top-25s and tournament runs....book it. Excited to see where Smith Jr goes....his name and "Duke" just seem to go together.

Duke could potentially have a monster, monster class for '16. Considered favorites or close to it for Jayson Tatum, Harry Giles, and Dennis Smith.

3 of the top 4 would be unbelievable....imagine that with Allen, Kennard, Jones, and if Thornton stays.

At the same time, I feel like if Thornton stays more than one year, Smith will probably go somewhere else.

ESPN #25 V.J. King (SF) commits to Louisville. Despite a relatively weak 2016 class coming from Kentucky, UofL may be primed for a monster class if it can steal another 5-star and the 4-star PG from kentucky, drawing a blank on his name.

Definitely a very good pick up for UL. With that said, they didn't steal him from UK. His former high school Assistant coach is an Assistant at UL and UK never offered a scholarship.

But like I said, very very good pick up.

He's only a good pick up once his name is signed on the dotted line. It's nice to see he's moved UofL to the top of his list though.

ESPN#63 Joey Brunk (C) from Indy verbals to Butler. Interesting developments as Butler, Harvard, Rice, and Georgia State have all picked up 4-star verbals already.

Yeah that wasn't really what I meant, I just meant if they can steal the top recruits from the state of KY.

Not sure why you would assume this is just higher preference. King seems pretty set on Louisville and most people had seen this coming.
