As a huge fan and former high school coach in Georgia I might can help. Pruitt runs a hybrid 4-2-5. He often plays what would be outside linebackers like Jenkins and Floyd at what would be the 2 D-ends spots on the game. He uses 1 typical D-tackle type like a Tobby Johnson inside and a run stopping end like a Ray Drew or Sterling Bailey at the other inside spot.
At the 2 linebacker spots in the game he uses middle linebackers like Wilson or Herrera. The 5 DB slots are filled with 3 corners and 2 safeties.
In the game you will have to use formation subs to get guys where they need to be. Use formation subs to get guys the 2 outside LBs to the 2 ends slots, sub 1 inside guy out for a DE, sub the 5th DB (default #2 SS) to the 3rd corner or best playmaking corner.
As for what Pruitt does he has personal on the field to always have 4 guys rushing the passer with the 4 down linemen. He will dial up the occasional nickel blitz or drop an end and send one of the middle linebackers. As for coverage he calls a good mix of zone and man.
You will not be able to mirror what Pruitt does. The game uses basic coverages and concepts. What you can do is get personal on the field like he would use. The key to what he does is gets speed rushers and coverage to match up well with spread teams. Power run teams can cause problems, see the Florida game last year.
