Runners Tagging Up on Pop-ups

Was playing a game today (yes I have the latest patch).

situation:
Bottom 9th
Runner on second, 0 outs
User: Yankees
CPU: Blue Jays
Blue Jays up 5-0.

I hit a pop-up to deep shortstop. Shortstop makes the catch. I accidentally hit the button to advance the runners and my runner takes off from second to third. Shortstop stands there holding the ball, allowing the runner to take third without a throw.

Had this happen to me the other day as well. Hit a shallow pop-up to 2nd, guy catches it and my runner on 3rd tags-up to home scoring a run (I've got auto baserunning on). The 2nd baseman threw the ball to the pitcher and didn't try to contest the tag-up.

I've had this happen a few times also. I've also had a guy score from second on a...well I guess it would be considered a sac fly. The runner just continues home when the ball is thrown to the cut-off guy and the cut-off man doesn't seem to have any urgency turning and throwing home.

I've had this happen many times. Very annoying and plain dumb for it to happen. No excuse why this happens in the game when it's never been a problem before. That "sac fly" could easily be the game winning run in game 7 of the World Series. The fact that I've seen it numerous times is very bothersome. This definitely needs to be fixed. The fielders have no sense of awareness at all when runners are on base. And the way off target throws happen every time you throw to a base from the outfield. Forces you to ALWAYS throw to the cut off man, so you'll never see a runner thrown out at the plate by an outfielder.

I believe it has (not by me though). The only problem is, I don't know what triggers it. It's happened on deep fly balls and shallow fly balls. The only thing in common seems to be the throwing to the cut-off. It might happen when not pre-loading the throws.

Yes, by me. (MissionMaximus74) I saw it with a CPU-CPU game I was watching the day after purchasing it digitally and it happened just like the video posted. I searched the bug thread a few days ago to check the status but nothing showed up. Searched my account and nothing turned up. I recorded mine also on the PS4 but have not uploaded it.

Ok, thanks. Any additional information would be helpful. Did you have Fast Play on? Batter Walk Ups? Anything else that may seem pertinent?
