2k15 Myplayer Mode struggles

I haven't had WiFi hooked up at my new place yet and just picked up 2k15 for the 360. I finished year 1 as a PG for the grizzlies. They traded Tony Allen,Mike Conley,Zach Randolph and Vince carter throughout the season and we finished the worst in the NBA at 19-63. I finished the season with 13.4ppg 4.1rpg and 8.5apg with a league leading 2.7spg.

I won the ROTY, my overall is now a 80 and I still somewhat struggle with this damn team.

Any tips, suggestions..anything? Not having online sucks but ugh this is annoying and taking the fun out.

Tell your GM that you're "Tired of Losing." You should get the option to select 5 players that they will try to trade for. I'm currently a PG on the Sixers. I've used this to acquire two new players and turned our season around.
